God's Law

Every person is secure in his possessions and property, and there is no special class of government thugs entitled to steal with impunity. Any forfeiture or penalty must be the result of a court verdict, issued on specific crime, where a specific private victim complained and sued. The government has no right to confiscate any private property against the will of the owner for no reason whatsoever, whether by taxes, penalties, or eminent domain.

Man's Law

Any government thug has the legal right to steal a private individual’s money (civil forfeiture, fines), time (traffic stops, bureaucratic red tape), or property (eminent domain) with no option for restitution to the victim. But what do I know, theonomy is “tyranny,” and we are much better off under the laws of men.

Under the Law of God, there isn’t any provision for a prison system where young men are forced to spend the most productive years of their lives between four walls, in forced idleness, at taxpayers’ expense. Therefore, such horrible crimes of official kidnapping as this judge’s verdicts wouldn’t be possible at all.

Man's Law

Under the laws of man, a prison system is specifically created to destroy the souls of those who are doomed to rot in it, concentrating huge amounts of tax money, creating perfect conditions for corruption. This judge’s victims will never be compensated for the loss of their productive years and for the destruction of their souls. He will eventually receive a parole or even amnesty and will be free again, while the young men whom he officially kidnapped and sold will struggle their whole l (cont.)
