Woman’s identity hijacked by federal agent

God's Law

Under the Law of God, false witnesses are punished by the same punishment they were trying to bring on the innocent person with their false witness (Deut. 19:15-21). There is no special exemption for government thugs in the Law. Therefore, in this case, the government thug Timothy Sinnigen would have been sentenced to exactly the same punishment as the innocent victim would be, with no parole. In addition, because slander against the reputation of an innocent person is considered of the same magnitude as theft (Lev. 19:11), Sinnigen would be sentenced to pay restitution to his victim at the amount she requires (since in principle, no other person should be allowed to put a price on someone’s reputation). Thus justice will be restored, the victim will receive her compensation, and the criminal will be punished according to his crime, neither more nor less.

Man's Law

Under the laws of men, an individual’s reputation is not considered of any value for the government thugs, and therefore can be used in any way as they see fit, to destroy or tarnish. Also, false accusations, when made by government thugs, are never punished. Government thugs are allowed to inflict any kind of moral, psychological, or physical harm to private individuals without any option for recourse or justice.
