God's Law

Under the Law of God, false witnesses are punished by the same punishment they were trying to bring on the innocent person with their false witness (Deut. 19:15-21). There is no special exemption for government thugs in the Law. Therefore, in this case, the government thug Timothy Sinnigen would have been sentenced to exactly the same punishment as the innocent victim would be, with no parole. In addition, because slander against the reputation of an innocent person is considered of the same mag (cont.)

Man's Law

Under the laws of men, an individual’s reputation is not considered of any value for the government thugs, and therefore can be used in any way as they see fit, to destroy or tarnish. Also, false accusations, when made by government thugs, are never punished. Government thugs are allowed to inflict any kind of moral, psychological, or physical harm to private individuals without any option for recourse or justice.

Under the Law of God, this boy would have been made to work – for a private business that would have bought him out – to pay his victims. After a certain period of time he would have paid off his debts, would have been restored as a full member of the society, and would have acquired the necessary skills to work and prosper on his own, as a restored man.

Therefore, such horrible crimes of official kidnapping as this judge’s verdicts wouldn’t be possible at all.

Man's Law

Under the laws of man, a prison system is specifically created to destroy the souls of those who are doomed to rot in it, concentrating huge amounts of tax money, creating perfect conditions for corruption. This judge’s victims will never be compensated for the loss of their productive years and for the destruction of their souls. He will eventually receive a parole or even amnesty and will be free again, while the young men whom he officially kidnapped and sold will struggle their whole l (cont.)

God's Law

The purpose of the law is RESTITUTION and RESTORATION (except where capital punishment is required). That is, the victim gets compensated and the criminal gets the chance to be restored and become a productive member of the society.

Man's Law

The purpose of the law is double robbery of the victim (through taxes) and destruction of all hope for the criminal. While the victim is being taxed to support a system of concentration camps called “prisons,” the criminal is deprived not only of his liberty but also of his chance to be restored. The victim gets nothing, and the criminal is made to do useless, unproductive tasks that destroy his soul even more.
