God's Law

The weakest members of the society are under special legal protection (Exo. 23:6; Prov. 22:22), and in addition, God encourages those well off to freely help and share with the needy (Deut. 15:7-11). Stupid rules passed by power-hungry government thugs trump any concern for the poor, any private charity, and any legitimate needs of non-criminal individuals. Private charity becomes a crime against the state (as it also was in the Soviet Union). The state – our modern god walking on earth – decides who will give and who will receive, and under what conditions, and charity is allowed only by government fiat and through government force. Under the Law of God, there isn’t any provision for a prison system where young men are forced to spend the most productive years of their lives between four walls, in forced idleness, at taxpayers’ expense. Therefore, such horrible crimes of official kidnapping as this judge’s verdicts wouldn’t be possible at all.

Man's Law

Under the laws of man, a prison system is specifically created to destroy the souls of those who are doomed to rot in it, concentrating huge amounts of tax money, creating perfect conditions for corruption. This judge’s victims will never be compensated for the loss of their productive years and for the destruction of their souls. He will eventually receive a parole or even amnesty and will be free again, while the young men whom he officially kidnapped and sold will struggle their whole l (cont.)

This man would have never been brought to court unless there was a complaint by the victim (the bank), and if brought to court, his maximum penalty would have been restitution to the amount of $120 (Num. 5:6-7).

Man's Law

He will rot in prison for 15 years, at taxpayers’ expense, for the profit of crony companies, without a chance to redeem himself, acquire the skills to become productive, and be restored to the society.
