God's Law

Under the Law of God, false witnesses are punished by the same punishment they were trying to bring on the innocent person with their false witness (Deut. 19:15-21). There is no special exemption for government thugs in the Law. Therefore, in this case, the government thug Timothy Sinnigen would have been sentenced to exactly the same punishment as the innocent victim would be, with no parole. Man's Law

Under the laws of men, an individual’s reputation is not considered of any value for the government thugs, and therefore can be used in any way as they see fit, to destroy or tarnish. Also, false accusations, when made by government thugs, are never punished. Government thugs are allowed to inflict any kind of moral, psychological, or physical harm to private individuals without any option for recourse or justice.

God's Law

Under the Law of God, killing an innocent person intentionally (which would include direct attack on a home using weapons for murder) is always punished by death (Exo. 21:12-14). There is no special case for government uniformed thugs with badges, and there is no special privilege for anyone to be allowed to kill innocent people for whatever reason. There’s also no provision in the Law of God for standing army or police with special privileges higher than those of law-abiding citizens. Und (cont.)

Man's Law

Under the laws of men, they won’t be tried in court, and most probably won’t even be fired or made to pay indemnity to the parents. They will be allowed to continue roaming the streets and brutalizing, torturing, and killing innocent people, all in the name of the “safety” of those innocent people.

God's Law

Under the Law of God, this boy would have been made to work – for a private business that would have bought him out – to pay his victims. After a certain period of time he would have paid off his debts, would have been restored as a full member of the society, and would have acquired the necessary skills to work and prosper on his own, as a restored man.

Man's Law

Under the law of man he will be no different from dead, for a lifetime, at the expense of the taxpayers.
