God's Law

The weakest members of the society are under special legal protection (Exo. 23:6; Prov. 22:22), and in addition, God encourages those well off to freely help and share with the needy (Deut. 15:7-11). There are specific provisions in the Law that command the society to leave open opportunities for the poor to work for their food (Exo. 23:11; Lev. 19:10). God Himself sets apart at least third of the tithe owed to Him for the poor (Deut. 26:12). While there is no government re-distribution of wealt (cont.)

Stupid rules passed by power-hungry government thugs trump any concern for the poor, any private charity, and any legitimate needs of non-criminal individuals. Private charity becomes a crime against the state (as it also was in the Soviet Union). The state – our modern god walking on earth – decides who will give and who will receive, and under what conditions, and charity is allowed only by government fiat and through government force. Private voluntary charity is always under susp (cont.)

God's Law

Under the Law of God, there is no provision whatsoever to control, regulate, ban, or legislate in any other way what a man wants to produce on his own property, including narcotic plants. There is no militarized force of government thugs who have the right to violate property rights and destroy or seize any crops. A man’s property is secure against violation, and he can lose it only when he has committed a real crime and has to pay indemnity or restitution.

Man's Law

Under the laws of men, the government controls everything to the minutest details, to the point where even “legal” crops are seized on pretext of suspicion. Private property is not secure, and the brute force of the government replaces any rights of any individuals.

Under the Law of God, false witnesses are punished by the same punishment they were trying to bring on the innocent person with their false witness (Deut. 19:15-21). There is no special exemption for government thugs in the Law. Therefore, in this case, the government thug Timothy Sinnigen would have been sentenced to exactly the same punishment as the innocent victim would be, with no parole. In addition, because slander against the reputation of an innocent person is considered of the same mag (cont.)

Man's Law

Under the laws of men, an individual’s reputation is not considered of any value for the government thugs, and therefore can be used in any way as they see fit, to destroy or tarnish. Also, false accusations, when made by government thugs, are never punished. Government thugs are allowed to inflict any kind of moral, psychological, or physical harm to private individuals without any option for recourse or justice.

Under the Law of God, killing an innocent person intentionally (which would include direct attack on a home using weapons for murder) is always punished by death (Exo. 21:12-14). There is no special case for government uniformed thugs with badges, and there is no special privilege for anyone to be allowed to kill innocent people for whatever reason. There’s also no provision in the Law of God for standing army or police with special privileges higher than those of law-abiding citizens. Und (cont.)

They will be allowed to continue roaming the streets and brutalizing, torturing, and killing innocent people, all in the name of the “safety” of those innocent people.

God's Law

Under the Law of God, this boy would have been made to work – for a private business that would have bought him out – to pay his victims. After a certain period of time he would have paid off his debts, would have been restored as a full member of the society, and would have acquired the necessary skills to work and prosper on his own, as a restored man.

God's Law

Under the Law of God, there is no standing army of trigger-happy, uniformed thugs, who have special legal rights to harass innocent people for any possible suspicion or imagination. The government gets involved only when a real crime has been committed and witnesses are brought in to testify. The safety of the society is left to the self-control and the vigilance of free men, armed to protect their communities.

Man's Law

Under the laws of man, it is the individual, free, innocent person who is always the “threat” to society, and he is always subject to harassment by the government’s professional army of thugs who eventually take in their hands everything, including official theft and instant executions without trial or verdict. In the final account, there is nothing an individual can do that won’t get him in trouble with the “authorities,” if they decide he is a “possibl (cont.)

Every person is secure in his possessions and property, and there is no special class of government thugs entitled to steal with impunity. Any forfeiture or penalty must be the result of a court verdict, issued on specific crime, where a specific private victim complained and sued. The government has no right to confiscate any private property against the will of the owner for no reason whatsoever, whether by taxes, penalties, or eminent domain.

Man's Law

Any government thug has the legal right to steal a private individual’s money (civil forfeiture, fines), time (traffic stops, bureaucratic red tape), or property (eminent domain) with no option for restitution to the victim. But what do I know, theonomy is “tyranny,” and we are much better off under the laws of men.

Under the Law of God, there isn’t any provision for a prison system where young men are forced to spend the most productive years of their lives between four walls, in forced idleness, at taxpayers’ expense. Therefore, such horrible crimes of official kidnapping as this judge’s verdicts wouldn’t be possible at all.

Man's Law

Under the laws of man, a prison system is specifically created to destroy the souls of those who are doomed to rot in it, concentrating huge amounts of tax money, creating perfect conditions for corruption. This judge’s victims will never be compensated for the loss of their productive years and for the destruction of their souls.
